Nerve OS is a workday operating layer that helps founders and freelancers organise tasks, meetings, projects, goals, and related communications in one place. Features and availability may change over time. Some capabilities rely on third-party integrations and platform services that are outside our direct control.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or appear to compromise the security of the service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nerve OS to upload, store, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content; to attempt to gain unauthorised access; to interfere with the service's operation; or to use the service in any way that violates applicable law. 6. Termination
You may stop using Nerve OS at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
7. Limitation of liability
Nerve OS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Nerve OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland, where permissible by law.
